「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」

「Room was not clean. Hair on the floor, bed etc. Even the floor seemed dirty. Tried reaching out to Expedia but they wouldn't refund me for the second day. WiFi details were not available and when I reached out to the property they replied the next day. 」

「Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again.」
