「Ocean was visible but from a far distance. Room was nice. Not sure why but we couldn't get into the fitness room ??? Appears to be closed !! 」

「The check in was easy and the staff member there was friendly and helpful. Upon check in, I learned that breakfast was only served at 9am and the hot tub hours were 9am-9pm. As we were in town visiting, we were out most of the day and were unable to take advantage of either breakfast or the hot tub. I wouldn’t have booked had I known these times in advance, but they weren’t listed in our itinerary or the property details. Had the hot tub been open until 11pm, we would have loved to enjoy it....

「Parking was free and very simple. The staff was unbelievably wonderful, especially Kelly and Jane.. please was clean in the air conditioning was great, the pools though were the sizes of hot tubs and there was no beach access across the street, but it was a great stay! 」

「The property is being renovated, and so the pool was not functional, but I knew this ahead of time, and the staff member told me that I could cancel and get a full refund. I chose to stay here anyway and it was a treasure! The property is dated (only one three prong plug in the whole suite for my laptop) but the staff were super, and the room was extremely spacious. Saying that it was something we needed to do over the summer. So much to do here, so many amenities. So many extras directly across the street, from the beach and a beautiful view of the wetlands.」

「Excellent small motel with great location across the bridge from the St Augustine old town. Room was a nice size with a direct view of the water and a view of old town on the other side of the channel. Appetizers served 5-6 in the evening. A nice breakfast is served in the mornings. No disappointments at all! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!」

「Small hotel with unbeatable location right on Vilano Beach with short drive to downtown St. Augustine. All rooms have an ocean view with small balcony (though first floor may be partially obstructed by sand dunes (we were on second floor)). Hotel is very pet friendly (and dogs are allowed on the beach). Friendly/helpful staff. No pool; breakfast decent not great. Still worth it.」
