「From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

「Price was low. However, would pay more bucks if updated bathrooms and rooms. It’s the old saying…. You need to reinvest in your investment Kwik Trip took over all the gas stations….」

「There was no elevator - only a very hot stairway to the second floor. The breakfast hours were 6:00 to 9:00 - a bit early for traveling. The coffee maker was extremely difficult to use - never successfully had a good cup of coffee.」

「The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.」

「We liked everything inside the hotel. The room was smaller than typical hotel rooms but this made it easier to keep at the perfect temperature and darkness level. Bed was great. Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available.」

「Great location, easy access to interstate to Milwaukee or Madison...but plenty to do in Oconomowoc. Hotel was immaculate, nice to have mini kitchen and outdoor seating and firepit with great lawn for kids to run off steam. Highly recommend.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
