"This was my 2nd time staying here and unfortunately it will be my last. We booked for 2 nights and left a day early this time. The woman and the front desk does not have a friendly bone in her body. I was hardly greeted at check in and she said nothing to me other than asking for my credit card. Guest on our floor and the floor below us were having a loud party starting at about 9:00 p.m. and we experience loud noise, children running on the balcony,loud music and yelling all night. I explained all this when I checked out knowing that my reservation was non-refundable and I didn't get as little as an apology. All the woman at the desk said to me was you can leave. I will definitely not be coming back solely on the lack of customer service. The rooms are basic but clean and this was a great place to stay for a quick and expensive trip to the beach."

"Bring slippers to wear around the room because the floors are not clean and you won’t want to be barefoot. I’ve never been so horrified by a hotel room floor before. The mattress is also not great, no support, lumpy. The only perk of this hotel was the location. "

"Very impresive customer services. The hotel allow us to check out at 2pm, so we can enjoy the beach longer. Hotel also let us use the beach chair, towel and umbella etc. I and our kids have a wonderful vocation!!"

"The people at the desk were excellent but there weren’t enough of them. There was completely inadequate coverage at the bar/cafe. But room was ver clean although very tight. Could hardly move chairs into a position to sit in. "

"Breakfast , eggs runny , fruit was not fresh, not worth $ 29 charge that is for sure..I even upgraded room and got a room with worn out cabinets that were faded or chipped badly, no microwave...the outlets in our room by bed were worn out and plugs kept slipping out...furniture was seemingly leftover from someone, bad color schene..rugs had stains, shower drain had a lot of rust around strainer...not worth the price of a room, the staff was very friendly probably only plus..."

"The property was super nice and the location is amazing. Close to redondo beach pier. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing, they had bacon/sausage, eggs, pancakes, fruits, cereals, and so much more. 24/7 coffee/tea machine. Pool is heated and also indoor, spa was perfect. Everyone was just super friendly and smiling. They also have a snack shop to purchase anytime. We really enjoyed it and definitely coming back. "
