"We stayed at Shade for one night with our 6 month old baby. The room was spacious and has a great marina view. We loved the bath tub on the balcony which we were able to enjoy after our baby fell asleep. They provided a crib, some bathing supplies, and a cute robe for our baby. We dined at their Sea Level restaurant which took long to get seated but once seated, service was great. During dinner, our baby got fussy and need to sleep so the staff helped us move our food to our room so we could finish in there instead. Overall we really enjoyed the experience."

"The staff were really friendly. The view was amazing and it was great being so close to the beach. We were able to have a full kitchen in our unit and the rooms were spacious. The kids loved how comfy the beds were. The complimentary breakfast was super basic which included: coffee, bagels, yogurt, juice, croissants, and fruit. The location was top notch with many restaurants within walking distance. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there. 4.5 stars. I recommend staying here."

"An incredible experience from start to finish! Sonesta Redondo Beach offers top-tier luxury and amenities. We especially loved the amazing customer service from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the very best. We went for our anniversary and they made sure we enjoyed our time there. Jose, at the front desk gave us the best and memorable experience! The on-site dining was exceptional, and the room offered beautiful views of the beautiful beach. If you are looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway, this is the place to be! I highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon!!!😊"

"We have stayed at this property a few times and always get the same room king bed facing PCH . It was clean and in good condition, had all the things you needed my only complaint about the room was the fridge was outside thawing out and I had to have them put it back into our room , which they did in a timely manner. I appreciated that and we will definitely stay there again the price point is great and only a few minutes walk to the King Pier with a little pier with restaurants and little stores . Good place to stay . You do have to pay for parking I think $8 a night which honestly is not bad ."
