Palos Verdes Estates 4 Stars Hotels

"We arrived early from Australia and asked for an early check in which wasn't possible unless a fee was paid which we totally understood. We stored our bags at the hotel and went out for the day. On our arrival back we went to check in 15 minutes early but were advised by reception that we would have to pay $75 , obviously we waited the 15 minutes. I do understand about an early check in payment as cleaners would have to prioritise rooms and could alter cleaning runs but when the room is clean...

"They didn't honor the vip benefits. Wouldn't do the room upgrade instead tried to upsell us and didn't give us the free drinks. "

"Very nice place to stay. everyone was very helpful and courteous. The bed was super comfortable and the room was set up nice with the available space. The only ding I have is the rooms were small and there is almost no privacy. If you decide to book here make sure you are comfortable dropping a deuce with whoever is in the room with you. With that being said It was very comfortable and I will stay here again."

"The big things were good, with a few niggles. Great location, food is wonderful. Towels were a bit ragged on one day, no creamer supplied with in-room coffee on one day, and on-demand TV did not work for 3 days despite technician's visit."
