"Do not stay here!!!! I’ve traveled a lot on a budget and this is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s filthy, the staff has no idea what they’re doing, there are zero amenities and the shuttle to LAX only runs sometimes IF they have a driver. Ridiculous."

"Nice and close to the airport. Great size room. Very comfortable bed and a very clean hotel. Only issue I found is that the shower took close to 5 minutes before warm water came out. Maybe that's because it was 6AM. Anyway, not a big deal, I just left it running until it warmed up. Other than that though, staff were great. Bistro downstairs had some tasty food. Free shuttle was a bonus, but it was very busy and both there and back we had to wait for the 2nd shuttle. Overall I would definitely recommend."

"The staff is really friendly. We booked a king room and upon checking in we were notified that we had gotten a room upgrade. They gave us the king room with the water view and balcony. Room is nice and the view is perfect. But if you pay close attention, it’s a bit dirty. It might just be extra dusty due to some renovations but we found what seemed to be dry blood on the bathroom door. We called front desk and they took care of it immediately. Well definitely be back though, just for the view alone. "

"The lobby is the first impression and as soon as I walked in it smelled stale, like a dirty humid rug, same thing with the hallways. Next after speaking with the front desk agent we found out there is no restaurant on site nor a real bar. The bar is a small cart behind the front desk with about 4 bottles in it. The room was good for the most part besides the mold in the shower shelves. They do not make your room everyday, we requested out be made up in the morning of day 2 and they did not, claiming they service rooms every three days. The first day we tried to used the gym and there was zero ventilation, made it near impossible to workout for more than 15 minutes. "
