I have a major complaint we had to get up at 5am and our neighbor next room kept us up with their arguing from 10 30pm till 4 30 am i called the front desk to handle the matter and filed a complaint expecting it to be resolved checked out at 6am and they told me to let you know about the incident for a refund i never had an issue but this was a bad experience thank please call meat your best convenience thank you

Booked hotel because it got good reviews and we needed somewhere close before we boarded a cruise. Check in staff were not the friendliest, coiffed sink in the room, room key never worked unless we went to the front desk to have them reactivate it (we were really careful after the first time to make sure it was not exposed to anything that would deactivate it- happened 4 times. Breakfast was mediocre. Okay place to stay if passing through but we will not be returning.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Best Western in Long Beach. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. My room was quiet and provided an excellent environment for rest after long conference days. The location is not very convenient for shopping, either to take rde or the delivery option for food/drink. During my checkout, I noticed a few individuals in the breakfast area who did not appear to be hotel guests. Their appearance and behavior were concerning, and it made the environment feel less comfortable. I also observed food being carried unusually through the hotel corridors. I reported this to the receptionist at the time, and I appreciated their attention to the concern. I wanted to share this feedback as well, as maintaining secure access to guest areas and dining spaces is important for safety, comfort, and overall guest experience.
