"We stayed there one night for Universal Halloween Horror nights. Everything was nice except for one thing. I have never, ever stayed in a hotel room that had an automatic faucet on the bathroom sink. We never figured out how to make it hot versus cold. Trying to get water to wet your toothbrush was a fun challenge because the faucet would not sense the toothbrush. I don’t know if this was something that they put in to save water or perhaps it was mandated by local laws, but it was completely ridiculous. I could stay in the shower for an extra minute and completely eliminate any savings that that stupid faucet was meant to save."

"The Westin Bonaventure is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff on my floor were particularly friendly and kind. I utilized the Desuan Spa inside the hotel - not owned or run by the hotel - and it left a bit to be desired. It was clearly worn out and the staff was not very friendly. Given the cost and location inside the hotel, I expected more. The HOTEL itself is a little dated, but VERY CLEAN."
