This is the cutest, esthetically pleasing boutique lobby to a hotel. The set-up, the many areas of seating, the fireplace on the outside with the sofa set, super cute!! The rooms are updated, cute as well, the beds were comfortable, water hot and pressure fantastic. The only issues we had was the door of the room was not flush/slightly open when locked/closed. On the walk in, there was a slight mildew humid smell due to the ac not being on, but we did turn it on, and the smell went away as soon as the room cooled off. The person at the desk did attempt to accommodate us with changing the room for us but we already bleach wiped everything down/lysol the room and we were tired from our flight from N.Y., so we made it work. The person at the desk did also help us get some late night eats from "In and Out", our 1st time having which was very good and very much appreciative that he went beyond his position to help us with that. We chose this hotel for the location and closeness to the Royal Caribbean cruise port which was 16 miles away in the taxi that the front desk called for us. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend, it was great for what it was used for, an overnight stay to start your vacation off!

Decent hotel and good value. The room we stayed in was large and clean but extremely loud with street noise. Ask for an interior facing room if you want a good nights sleep. Service is very friendly and helpful and the lobby is a nice place to hang out in the morning.

Wonderful staff! Nicole and Miguel were the very best! The supervisor overnight was awesome! So friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and clean. Updated fixtures and bed was very comfy. The room smelled amazing upon entering the room. Very CLEAN!! Loved it here. I’m an avid “staycation” girl. So since I’m local I would definitely come back and stay and recommend to anyone local or visiting Los Angeles California!! My only gripe is the pillows weren’t giving “hotel pillows” lol. That may be a me problem bc I have trouble finding the best pillow in general. But they could definitely use some softer “hotel pillows” lol. Still 5 stars from me though!! I loved it here :)

This hotel is low key classy and very clean! Staying here feels like home and the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous specially the front desk. Love the yellow colors and the room so tidy and the service is excellent! The parking is gated and so safety is a real deal here! I’d be coming back to this place and would love to bring people here to share the wonderful experience!

Room has bad lighting and no Mirrors except in bathroom. LED BED SIDE TABLE LIGHTS! Too bright to put on in the evening. I soft lighting except for 1 desk lamp by TV. Pure white light otherwise. Blinding. ! Room has sliding bathroom Door with glass- which is semi-transparent . If anyone goes to the bathroom At night and turns on light, it lights up the living area/ room on everyone. The property is new so I dont understand why the room was so filthy. The curtain that rolls down had a huge stain on it. The floor was dirty, not swept properly. There was hand prints and foot prints all over the sliding bathroom door, both sides. The walls had what looked like greasy hand prints. The floor boards were super dusty and crusty with dirt. We are local to th3 area and stayed to get away from family visiting. Ended up checking out Saturday evening. Also, the bed is super uncomfortable. Very disappointed with our stay. Front desk staff was great. Ill be honest, i would not recommend to family.

I love the rooms! very clean with a cozy and stylish interior design. The gated property feels safe, and the staff were all very friendly. The refrigerator had a bit of brown dirt inside, and the complimentary hair cover/cotton box was partly empty and opened, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, still a lovely experience!
