「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Great family friendly hotel. Lots of activities for the kids to enjoy and there is a kids club so the adults can have a night out if you wish. The only issue we had was the food at the hotel restaurants. The fish and chicken we ordered at 2 different on site restaurants were over cooked and very dried out. Eat off site if you can. 」
