「It was simple, quaint, elegant, and original. All traits that I love about a beachfront hotel stay.」

「Room was clean, everything worked well except the usb ports for charging electronics but those never work! Breakfast was good. The area was a little on the sketchy side. Lots of trash in the fountain in front of the hotel. All in all it is a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful! 」

「There was no room service while I was there. The clerk in the inverness pro shop was quite pleasant and professional. The dinner and service at Packard's Steakhouse were superb. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「I love it at Fairfield. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. I almost always end up in MY same room. The only MINOR thing about Fairfield is, I rather hard floors to carpet but the carpet is always clean! 」

「Finally a hotel chain location that gets it. Not only was the GM of the location accessible but she took the lead on our predicament. We needed to book a hotel for the day before we would arrive from the end of a cruise, so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting until 3pm to check in. She handled all of the necessary arrangements to prevent us receiving a no-show and losing our room.
