The shower had one setting; scalding hot. The shower had an issue where it would leak to the area and pool at the bathroom door. The A/C did not function properly, as it was set to “55” yet could not get below “77”. It may have been the completely dysfunctional ventilation system, given the air filter had enough dust/ dirt particles to effectively suffocate the air flow. The tv had lines in the background, and the remote was some universal junk. The internet was terribly slow. It was miserable.
And that is before the $25 per day mandatory parking fees. Allegedly, during peak summertime, with zero banquets- the hotel was at 100% occupancy and no room changes were possible.
Had I not been there for business and been able to stay out all day- I’d have probably just picked up and left, even eating a few to do it. I still took pictures though, whether for laughs or the ensuing call to corporate.
Just pay more and go literally anywhere else.
