「Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy」

Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche.」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
