"We had an amazing time at this resort and made some great memories! David at the member’s beach bar really stood out—his cocktails were delicious, and he made our evenings so enjoyable. Nathali from the members' area was also wonderful. She was super attentive and really made us feel special. Omar, the concierge, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. All in all, the staff made our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place!"

"This resort is amazing for families! Kids of all ages will love it! This is a large resort! It is so beautiful! All rooms face either the main pool or the garden area. This was not a big deal for us bc our room was right by the main pool and was spacious! We got the family suite, which had a pull down twin bed, a large couch bed, and a king bed. The ground rooms have large wooden puzzles for the kids and a hammock on the balcony. The waterslides are amazing! Unlike most water parks, the slides do not end in a deep pool. So kids of all swimming abilities can partake in the slides! Note, there is a height limit of 48 inches. If your little ones are smaller, they can use the pirate ship water playground which has 3 or 4 slides! There is also a volleyball pool and a wave pool! We ventured out for a long walk on the property and found a beautiful carousel for kids, a huge playground and shops & sweet treats. We averaged about 16k steps a day, so if you have someone who can’t get around well, take this into consideration. We loved the restaurants but you have to book them early and just know you will prob on get into 3 of them during the week. Some restaurants do not require reservations and buffet is always open. The beach is beautiful! There was some seaweed but every morning they would clean. The entertainment at night was so much fun. I think my only suggestion would be to have more breakfast place options. The buffet is the only option. We will be back for sure! "

"Our stay at Vidanta Resort World was a great experience. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, though we didn’t have enough time to explore everything it offers. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly well training to host making us feeling very special greeting us by names and always showing they were ready for anything we needed. We had dinner at Havana Moon; the food was basic, but the atmosphere was fun. Later, we discovered an outdoor market-style dining area with several options and a much nicer ambiance, which we wish we had known about earlier. Having an Exclusive type of bracelet status, truly enhanced our stay, with access to a beach club cabana and a very convenient driver service available via WhatsApp at any time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return with more time to explore the resort. Overall, we really loved our stay at Vidanta Resort World. The scale, comfort, service, and exclusivity made it a memorable experience, even in a short visit. With more time, this resort clearly has so much more to offer. "

"It is hard to leave this review but I felt surprised when we arrived at the place, since all the 5 star reviews we saw here contributed to us selecting this place. First I want to say the staff were very helpful and friendly. They did try to provide a good service to the guests. The location is beautiful and you do feel like you are part of the nature environment. Even the long bumpy road was part of the expectation and not their fault. However, that's where the good things about this place ended. The bubble glamp, while clean in terms of bedding, toilet, furniture, is in a dire shape and requires thorough cleaning for guests to truely enjoy the experience. It was VERY moldy inside, with grit built up in the corners, and the supposedly transparent part is so DIRTY such that we could barely see what's outside, let alone enjoying the experience that a bubble glamping is suppose to provide. The furniture is showing wear and tear with cracks so much so that it can't claim that is a luxury experience. Also they had to place tarps on all of the bubble lamps(probably to reduce heat from sunlight), which is different from what the photos showed. The food is also mediocre at best. While I understand that it's hard to transport ingredients to a remote port of the jungle, the food were firstly not authentic Mayan food, second in small portion, thirdly very overpriced. The staff also couldn't even give a menu for us, probably due to not being able to cook actual meals, and all of t"
