Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. 「Blue Bay is becoming an old facility, When we arrive my wife went to take a shower and the shower handle fell off, the towel rack and the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The staff at Blue Bay is excellent. The food is mediocre and very repetitious. The specialty restaurants are a joke you have to make a reservation and the food there is not very good either. 「If you’re a local or from mexico and you love the water sport they offer and you own a car /rent this is a great hotel for you. This is not a hotel for tourists at all. No one here knows any English which is fine and makes sense as I am in mexico but to try and explain that they are false advertising a hotel by lying on the hotel post is incredibly hard. 「Everything was good and vey clean. The food was amazing we tried buffet. Drinks were 10 of 10. Staff very friendly especially Viridiana she did a great job on entertainment.」

「The airport shuttle was so nice! We were welcoming with a damp towel and a water for the ride to the hotel, and welcomed to the hotel with a drink right away for the check in process. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent, staff and friendly, fun, and professional, and there were plenty of things to do. It was the perfect place to relax!」
