「The Elms is for sure a must stay destination. The staff went the extra mile all the time. The historical charm was a big draw. The property was so beautiful to walk around. Out door pool was closed for the season but that will bring us back during the summer. The hot tub is open until midnight. We used the spa and it was worth it. The city is fun to stroll through and explore the historic downtown. 」

「The staff was very friendly and attentive. The valet staff was excellent. My room was very clean and immaculate every day when I came back from being out. I would stay there again. I felt very safe. The streetcar was 1 block from the hotel. It provided transportation to the River Market and shopping malls.」

「The room and accommodations were great! The room was clean and fresh with no odors of smoking or air fresheners to mask unpleasant smells, which often is unpleasant in itself. The elevators from the parking garage to the rooms were nice to have, as well as covered parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with Crowne Plaza, and we will definitely be back again.」
