「The room was spacious with an ocean view that was breathtaking. The staff was wonderful especially Mario at the front desk , Alfie Soraya We love this hotel it’s centrally located and in the beach. The service is spectacular. This is our third stay at this hotel and love it , 」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience:
1. Terrible Noise and Location
The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions
The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and...

「The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. As multiple time return guest we got a bottle of red wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a little cheese tray. It always makes us feel special. The pool is outstanding and with the small size of the hotel it never seems crowded. The staff is AMAZING! We arranged an excursion to Isla Majeures through their travel consultant in the lobby and it went off perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

「L’appartement est comme sur les photos. Nous avions sélectionné le plus petit et c’était correct pour le peu de temps que nous y passions. Lit très confortable.
