「The place was a tucked away gem, perfect for a couple getaway and just as beautiful as the pictures. Close by so many restaurants and the beach so it was easy to navigate without a car. We also felt very safe coming in at night.」

「We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it. 」

「位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。」
