「Great experience staff helpful and friendly room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the toilet which kept filling with water the staff immediately attempted a fix that didn't work and was offered a change of room when I reported it was still not working which I accepted. My third stay in the last few months and always found the staff very helpful and the room ready and clean and comfortable 」

「Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. If in the area would stay again.」

「The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.」

「The reception man is realy nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The room is vey clean. However, there is very few restaurants nearby and if you check-in late, it is difficult to find a place for dinner. It is around 15 minutes walk to the city centre.」
