「We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. Excellent communication from the hosts/owner. Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs. Ample bedding, pillows, towels. Good sofa bed. WiFi good speed and smart...

「Most wonderful place on earth! Gorgeous property, warm & attentive staff in every position and the most sublime food. I cannot say enough good things and the marvelous staff should all be commended. Peter who welcomed me at the car park, Becky & Theo at reception who settled me in to the lovely Hollyhock room in the main house. In dining Sarah in the lounge, Caoimhe in the dining room, Edith at breakfast - and all the staff whose names I sadly can't remember made me feel welcome as a solo...

「I intentionally booked the Junior Suite according to the website photo for that particular room but the staff had put me in another room. It was quite clear from their reply that they gave the room to someone else, so upgraded me to a modern room. Disappointing as I wanted the character of the old style room but that said, the room we were given was spacious and comfortable. Considering the price / value for money, I will not be staying here again 」

「Hotel is in a lovely setting and has really good rooms. The restaurant is excellent, both staff and food. 」

「The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight.」

「Outdated. No whwre near what it was before. Room was old dated and filthy. Food option was very very very poor and the staff struggled to keep up with drinks. So upset with our experience. we were so looking forward to it and a special occasion ruined 」

My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. 」
