"Welcoming staff as always. Coming off an overnight flight, it is always a relief to check in here and to have a room available straight away. The bathroom was a little shabby, but was clean. We had booked a runway view room and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and really fresh. It’s refreshing to see the same staff at breakfast. Even nicer that they recognised us. Easy to get to Heathrow Airport via the hotel hoppa bus, the service bus or an Uber. Looking forward to my next trip out of Heathrow so I can stay here again."

"As this is a hotel next to the airport, and many people have early flights, it would be good if breakfast started at 5. Rooms are a bit tired too. "

"We arrived late and needed a place to stay overnight in Heathrow since we had a connecting flight the next morning and staying in the secured area of the terminal is no longer an option. We were able to use the POD automated shuttle to get to the hotel quickly. The room was good and priced very reasonably and the staff wete helpful."

"The Hyatt at Heathrow is a nice, clean hotel to stay and very convenient to the airport via the U3 bus. My room was clean and very comfortable. I will continue to stay here even though the vegan menu is got as good as it used to be."

"We stayed at the Hilton Garden as we had an early flight out the next day and didn't want to waste time getting back out to the airport. We missed breakfast, so no comment. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant, the steak pie was wonderful, stay away from the cardboard cheese pizza. There wasn't other options around the area since it was right in the airport. "

"Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH."
