「Very good overall. . Like a lot of hotels, the food is good but overpriced. The location and view of the river from some rooms is fabulous. Staff are friendly and try their best for you. Unfortunately I booked last minute in order to get a peaceful night’s sleep and the fire alarm woke the whole hotel at 3am. Great that it worked, but there was no fire! 「Overall is excellent. Wonderful service but room only available after 14:15 which is a bit delayed from the check in time. Room is neat and bigger than I expected. However, fridge is not available in the room so whoever planning to stay there must be alerted.」
