We had an awful night sleep at this hotel, we were placed in a family room above either the gym or workout room as the music did not stop, it was so loud at 1am that I put in earplugs and I could still hear the music and vibrations through the pillow- to make matters worse at 6.15am a class started and the music was turned up even louder, waking both children. The actual hotel was nice, well maintained and good facilities but we basically paid to not sleep!

A very busy hotel lots of family’s for Lego land, I’m a village member and the changing rooms were poorly looked after in comparison to others dirty towel over flowing and all over the seating
