Accoglienza e staff. Discreti e altamente professionali, ma soprattutto genuinamente gentili e...

「Veronica, the hostess, was amazing!! She helped us with car parking and itinerary for Palermo and the rest of Sicily! Great restaurant across the street.」

「Great location!」

「Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. 「LOVED everyone here! Great location and amazing stay! Thank you!!」

「Nice and clean room,」

「Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable, we stayed in one of the Deluxe Double rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful giving us a map and marking interesting things on it for us, the hotel itself is ideally situated within walking distance of much of the old town. We will defintely return there」

「I was in the Abatellis room. Loved the high ceiling, large bed & bathroom, and 3 windows including a terrace. The room was maintained welled and spot clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at a local Bar one block away. Was able to enjoy Granitas at Summer day. Overall an wonderful experience!」
