The staff were prompt in addressing two issues we had. A good breakfast and location were appreciated and the size of the room was generous. A better hair dryer is needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Pantaleo. The location is excellent. Being able to park your car at the location is an extreme positive. The location is in a quiet courtyard but is less than a five minute walk from the best parts of Palermo.

Superb B&B

We very much enjoyed our stay here and I can recommend it to anyone. We felt welcomed from the first moment by the nice man who handles the parking, then by Mr. Giuseppe who took care of us, both charming and service minded. The place is clean and well kept, the double suite we had was spacious and the beds firm but comfortable. The air conditioners were efficient and the shower worked well. The location is great, with much of the central town within walking distance. Private parking is a great benefit and finding the way to the place works well if you follow the map and instructions. The breakfast was very nice with a selection of juice, coffee and tea, yoghurt, fruits, bread, cold cuts and various cakes.

Weekend in Palermo

Palazzo Pantaleo is a solid 3 star hotel on the road that becomes the main passagio for the town on the weekends. Because it's set back from the street, you can get away from what is a very large crowd without any problems. The room, the bed and the bathroom were all very clean.

All staff are friendly. Great location and walkable to the attractions in the city. Easy parking that we could just walk in Palermo and drive to other cities for a day trip. We could have the great start of the day by enjoying breakfast at the nice dining area and greeted by friendly staff. Bottles of water were filled every day, it was great with such a hot weather.

We stayed one night before flying out of Palermo. Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Very clean, large spacious room, very comfortable bed, quiet at night (even with balcony doors open), hot shower with excellent pressure, delicious breakfast in charming space. It’s a hidden gem in the center of Palermo. A true local Sicilian experience. Free parking.

This is a hidden gem. Guiseppe is a very nice man who will make travel arrangements for you to/from airport, as well as dining reservations and more. Breakfast is nice and includes coffee, pastries and fruit. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Guiseppe!

Nice stay in Palermo

This is a great little place to stay in Palermo. The host is very responsive and helpful - he arranged for a driver for us to Monreale, outside of town. The residence tucked into a courtyard and is a little hard to find, but someone will come out to direct you if you contact them when you get to the neighborhood (right near Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, where the bus from the airport stops). Even though it's in a bustling part of town, the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Palazzo Pantaleo was a wonderful B&B. My room was very comfortble and quiet. The B&B also had a delicious breakfast. It is in a great location as it is close to all the sites. The owner was very friendly and helpul when I caught him. My only complaint was that I was often unsure when the owner would be around so sometimes I was unable to get my questions answered.

Giuseppe has a lovely property in an excellent location. He and his staff were very kind and accommodating. We had a quad room which slept all five of us. It was a little warm, but we were lent an oscillating fan that helped a lot, and the other two people in our party had a suite with great A/C that we were able to enjoy when needed. Excellent breakfast - I think the staff made the best cappuccino in all of Italy.
