「Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!」

「Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!」

「good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful」

「Veronica, the hostess, was amazing!! She helped us with car parking and itinerary for Palermo and the rest of Sicily! Great restaurant across the street.」

「Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. 「Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. 」

「Fantastic location for restaurants and tourism! This place has a lot of space and was very clean. If we travel to Palermo this is where we want to stay.」

「LOVED everyone here! Great location and amazing stay! Thank you!!」

「The location was marvelous, in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. It was quiet, allowing for good restful nights. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was absolutely charming as was her daughter.」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable, we stayed in one of the Deluxe Double rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful giving us a map and marking interesting things on it for us, the hotel itself is ideally situated within walking distance of much of the old town. We will defintely return there」
