「Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable, we stayed in one of the Deluxe Double rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful giving us a map and marking interesting things on it for us, the hotel itself is ideally situated within walking distance of much of the old town. We will defintely return there」

「An excellent spot in Palermo walking distance to all the markets, cathedrals and restaurants. The hotel is very unique and the staff very helpful」

「good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful」

「It’s a beautiful hotel on one of the main streets of Palermo with easy and quick access to the historic city. (If you are a light sleeper or not used to city noises, this may be a little too loud for you. It did not bother us - we enjoyed the vibrancy.) They had a beautiful and delicious breakfast with lots of variety of hot and cold food. Our suite was very spacious, beautiful and nicely designed. All in all, it was lovely.」

「Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!」

「Charming hotel in good location. Very close to pedestrian area with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Wonderful European breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino, pastries, meats and cheeses. Concierge available upon checking and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. There is an elevator to the hotel which is a group of apartments in a historical building. There are several flights of stairs to the individual rooms that you do have to carry your own bags to. We loved our stay in Palermo.」

「Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!」

「Our stay at Arcadia Rooms was delightful. The room was clean, everything inside it looked brand new, and had all we needed for our 8-night stay. The shared kitchen was super helpful, especially with the microwave, plates, and utensils. The family running the business were kind, friendly, and accommodating - a special thank you to them for proactively checking in on us every day to ask if there was anything we needed. In addition to the accommodation itself, this place has an amazing location....

「Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. 」

「Although it」

「This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.」

「The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.」

「Tout était parfait sauf le bruit de la rue durant la nuit. Rue sympathique, pleine de bars et de restaurants ce qui fait que la nuit, le bruit est infernal jusqu’à trois heures du matin. Désolé. Le reste est impeccable.」

「Nicolina is a sweet , hardworking and helpful person . My husband and I appreciate her dedication . We had a wonderful staying at her hotel. 」
