「Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on our arrival, despite having sent our flight information ahead of time, and we were missed receiving the instructions on how to actually enter the building once we found it, but once that was sorted out, we had a lovely stay.」

「Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, perfect location right next to streets with shopping/restaurants/nightlife. No front desk but staff was quickly responsive via Whatsapp for any needs. Only other thing to note is that it's stairs only and down a cobblestone street too narrow for cars which may be tricky for the elderly or disabled, but no problem for us. Very comfy stay!」

「A lovely comfortable place in the heart of touristy Palermo. My only complaint is there is no warning about the stairs and noone there to help with luggage on arrival. This should be mentioned. Apart from that- great. 」
