「This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed...

「We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Masetta and would highly recommend. All the staff were kind and attentive making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
