Since we were unable to check in at a designated time, all due to the fact that all of our trains were delayed, and we were running very late in the afternoon, evening. 「Excellent location in the middle of lots of restaurants and attractions. Check in process was easy, and we could store our luggage for a few hours after check out which was a big bonus for us. I was worried about potential noise at night when I saw a big jar of ear plugs in the common area, but we didn't have any issues with noise from the street below.」

「The front desk did not relay a lot of information when we got to the hotel. We did not know to make a reservation at soon as we got there. Not a good description of how to access lunch, and was not told needed swim caps for pool. This could be the custom, but we are not used to it and so we didn’t know.」
