"Our bright and impeccably clean room had modern amenities, good Wifi, air conditioning, a comfortable king sized bed, a balcony for two, coffee and tea makers and a small refrigerator stocked with water. The virtual lobby was a breeze to navigate, and our host was available so quickly when we had questions. Located steps from Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, everything was walkable!"

"The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising."
