I would’ve rated it at five, but we’ve been to other hotels in Sicily that were significantly more luxurious and where staff were much warmer. I recommend that if you’re going to Palermo, you don’t need or want your own car to get around the city. Just walk or take a taxi. Parking is very difficult and it’s not an easy city to drive in. And I drive in New York City.」
