A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!

Overlooking Palermo

Lovely view of Palermo and the coast. Very nice hotel. Bit of a challenge getting to it, but the views made up for the drive! Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Nice hot breakfast.

Lovely location and gorgeous view. Really nice and helpful staff. Really fantastic dinner on site-great value for money. Breakfast was ok and sadly pool was not open. It may have said somewhere on the booking info but it was still disappointing. All in all would stay again.

This would have been excellent as Staff very attentive on arrival, great facilities. Very clean breakfast was good and very reasonably priced - however the charge for parking was unexpected and despite responding after message no parking was reserved this was resolved. The room spacious and very clean but booked a city view and location of room very end so had an obstructed view. Location is significantly outside city with limited dining options nearby. The hotel do offer transport although we didn’t use. Would recommend but be aware

We were pleased with hotel! View is very nice and staff takes care of everything. David at front desk was very good. Room service exceptional. I would recommend. Best to have your own car unless you want to use hotel shuttle to Palermo and Mondello. Other places would need alternate transportation.
