"It was like a shared house experience for us. The hotel room was a bit small but clean overall. The area was in the walking distance from shopping streets, restaurants and major shrines. Also the complimentary water and some juice were very nice."

"Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "
"Love this hotel and it’s our 2nd time staying here.
Great location right in the middle of dontonburi and shinsaibashi. Hotel basement leads directly to subway
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable
Big buffet spread and there’s new food items daily "
"Great service and amenities! Everything around is very close and convenient especially the train station and the familymart inside the hotel. Would go here again"
"Just an excellent stay. Perfect for a family. Easily walk to the subway and train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Also really easy to explore Osaka from here and get to Universal."
"I had the best stay ever as a solo first time visitor to Osaka. I even signed up to be a member lol. When I come back to Osaka, will definitely stay here again!
Primary reason I chose this hotel was because I could take the airport bus straight to this location and not deal with the hassle of dragging my luggage and didn't realize how central it was to all the places and restaurants I wanted to visit until I started mapping out my trip. Practically half of the items on my list was within walking distance.
Besides the location, the staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and kind! Right from when I got off the bus to after checkout, every interaction I had was great. I don't know much Japanese, but it seems everyone at least knows enough English and other languages too to help make your stay the best.
I stayed in the Superior Economy Double Room, Non-Smoking and it was a great space for the price. Clean and nicely designed. Japan hotel rooms are known to be small, but this one was spacious and I had enough room to unpack my oversized clam shell luggage. I had a nice view from my window, bed was normal, but the standout was that bathroom! The water pressure was A+
Overall I had an amazing trip, should've stayed longer!"
