「Very nice place to stay. Many activities available」

「Truthfully, I had high hopes for this stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful as things can be quite confusing ad there are 9 different buildings. Construction was going on outside so the entire stay was very nosy, but was to be expected. The additional parking lot will be nice when finished. Our room was small and simple, clean and had a comfy bed. We went on the Shining Tour and the ghost tour...I would save your money on both. I've attended several haunted hotel tours elsewhere,...

「Great place to stay! Walking distance to downtown and the gondola. Hotel has allot of history to it. I think they could update the rooms more, for instance, not one hook in bathroom to hang clothes/robe. Not enough trash cans in rooms and didn’t have a suitcase stan. Don’t mind paying the cost of room but you would think they would have a little more convenience in the rooms. why didn’t」

「I liked the decor in the room…especially the bathroom. The room did show a little wear and tear, but nothing horrible. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I’d stay there again.」

「这是一家很好的酒店，设施新，房间大，早餐丰富，服务热情。去公园很近。」

「Excelente」

「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「The staff during my stay were friendly and made me feel really welcomed.」

「The staff was very nice and the property was clean. The only issue was parking. You pay $20 to park, a night, but there’s no available spaces, but the staff was very nice and took off the days that we couldn’t find a space.」

「Very good. 」

「Good」

「Perfect hotel with large and good rooms.」

「Nice pool.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
