「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「Love the owner/manager and staff. They made our stay feel very special. Food options available in town or on the mountain. Breakfast was more than continental which suits an active vacation. Bed was super comfortable. Take a fan or two if you are staying in the summer. Many mountain town properties are not air conditioned. 」

「People are nice, the price is right and the rooms are clean plus they take pets. Fantastic location」

「Wonderful hotel with great access to the main restaurants and an easy hike up the mountain over to the gondola ~ 3.5 mile hike. Hotel had excellent health club. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel (lobby bar had perfect lunch and drink options along with nice repartee with staff while awaiting food), also a great breakfast downstairs. 「It was a good stay. Friendly and useful staff at the front desk. Overall, the room was great. The bottom floor entrances need some maintenance and cleaning. I am glad i was staying in the second floor.」
