"Not clean, beds are old, bathroom looked like a 10 year old did repair work..sketchy people walking thru the parking lot at night looking in vehicles...Any Chain Hotel name even if independently owned...should suprise inspect any hotel with their name on it... Hotel.com rating is 0 to 10..this places gets a Huge 2.0...guy at front desk was nice.. ONLY GOOD THING I CAN GIVE POSITIVE TOO.. Hotels. Com shouid have a full refund inspection clause...if you book..show up n look at your room and its trash..you Automatically get a full refund on the spot and the booking gets canceled..."

"I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the service animal fee in cash. I refused and put it on my card. This was a clear violation of HIPPA, and the rights of my partner who depends on his service animal and should not be descrimated against. It was humiliating because we couldn't afford to lose the money we had already paid so had to pay more than the quoted rate."
