「We arrived after 9pm. Mike was so kind and helpful in showing us where to park and taking us to our room. The room was lovely and clean. It had a kitchen, which we did not use. Breakfast was exquisite. Mike was an excellent host and we would definitely go back. 」

「Easy to get to, very close to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, which makes it very convenient if camping is not an option for you. The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing! 」

「You get what you pay for. It appeared clean, but the bathroom fan did not work, ceiling above the shower was pealing & flaking. Lamps flickered at the slightest touch, bed was not very comfortable. But it appeared clean, smelled ok. Definitely an old building that was not kept up.」

「Bathroom in Room 113 was horrendous! The bathtub/shower unit was all scratched and chipped. There was a used bar of soap and a shampoo container left in the shower and I found mold in the seams of the shower unit. If there was mold in this room how many others were that way? 」
