「Properties very well maintained. Full breakfast is in a restaurant with options. Staff is not so helpful but it seems to be due to a miserly owner. Laundry is available to 9 pm but a closed door at 8 means you can’t use it. Who knew. Also they charge if you need to stay over the 11 am check out」

「There were a variety of different places to stay on the property. You could stay in the rooms in the hotel, in small tiny cabins, or in an RV. Our RV was exceptionally clean. After a four-hour drive, having to carry everything up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out of service was extremely frustrating and exhausting. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. During our stay, we also experienced ongoing issues connecting to the hotel’s WiFi. Multiple devices were unable to connect reliably, making it difficult to stay connected, access information, and use our electronics...

「This is a rustic hotel, built from an old bank building. The rooms are efficient. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a corner shower in the main room, so vanity might be an issue for you. We had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. There is a window mounted air conditioner which was rather loud. The hotel is located on the main highway through town, so traffic noise was an issue. There's a very good restaurant located across the street, and a nice grocery store just one block over, so...

「Check in was easy and the attendant was helpful with food recommendations. The place is older and as such the AC Unit could use replacing or servicing - it was loud and shook the bed that was on the same wall. We would have really appreciated if the AC had been turned on for our arrival so the room was at a nice temp we arrived. Beds were comfy but pillows could be replaced (quite lumpy). Room was large and perfect for our big family.」

「Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.」
