Brenda is the WORST! The corner of the room smelled like dog piss. The new ownership increased the rate by $30 “to include” parking (previously an optional $14 fee and breakfast also previously a $16 option. They have taken away freedom of choice for their increased profits. This place is not what it used to be. The breakfast suuucks! The eggs are boiled in a plastic bag and then served. And they took away the biscuits and gravy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have been staying here a lot in the last 6 months. I’ll find somewhere else now. It does not deserve the 1 star they make you give them.

The rooms are definitely what you pay for, it was me and my fiances first time solo traveling and i thought i just got lucky with a good deal but soon realized why it was so cheap. The rooms are smelly and broken, and while the iverall staff was nice upper management had no good customer servuce at all.

The price of the room is inline with the accommodations. The room was dated, smelled of old smoke and mildew. But if you're looking for a cheap place to stay that has a clean bathroom and clean bed, that is just a place to rest your head, this is your place. They have a full bar and restaurant attached that is convenient.

Parking was an additional $14, which was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. The room was clean but the walls were thin. The breakfast cost extra, which was not mentioned. Lastly, the hot tub and pool were closed. When we tried to call ahead to ask we were met with a robot and could not connect with a real person at the front desk.

Brenda was rude and argumentative. Brenda was unprofessional. Brenda failed on every level at presenting basic hospitality skills. I will easily give the rest of the team 5 stars for their performance and for the level of respect that I experienced. Brenda single handily brought down this review and should find a different line of work more fitting to her rude unfriendly personality. I don’t want to interact with Brenda in the future and whoever reads this should avoid her if you intend to smile afterwards.
