「Thx」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...

「I was cold for the days I were there that were terrible!!!!!!!!」

「Great location. We really like the rooms and the boutique-y feel of the place. The bar makes great drinks. We went in town long and didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we will when we come back. Staff was really friendly.」

「1st time staying at the Lowell Inn! Very convenient location and helpful staff. Noting that the bathroom got pretty steamy (we didn't see a fan), and that there were so many mirrors!」

「Staff were outstanding always coming up to you to ask what they could do better. The area for eating and happy hours was spacious and clean. The hotel had very easy access to major highways.」

「The lady that was monitoring the breakfast area was super friendly and very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the room, which was marketed as accessible, but there was a tub with a bench, but my husband who walks with a cane and his unstable on one leg was unable to get into it. I was kind of expecting a walk in shower. Other than that, I thought it was a great value for the money.」

「Room/bathroom were clean. Bed was very firm. Continental breakfast was meh. The staff at check in was nice. I would stay again as the price was right and was just for one night.」
