「We didn't realize it was being used as a homeless shelter 😢」

「While we didnt spend much time in our hotel room, we found it clean and comfortable, and a good value. Room #110 king. Pros: Spacious bathroom, and good sized bedroom. Plenty of towels, and toiletries. Refrigerator and microwave convenient. Easy check in and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. 「The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home.」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
