「The staff was excellent. The valet drivers, the front desk, the waitresses in the restaurant and the customer service were all top shelf. Helpful and friendly with a smile on their face. The bed was worn down. The mattress needs to be flipped or something because there was a definite lean from the middle to the left edge due to the amount of use.」

「The worst breakfast of any hotel! And the kitchen staff was very unfriendly!」

「The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!」
