Every person we came into contact with was cheerful friendly and very competent and their job, particularly Zack who greeted us and checked us in, and the service staff at the restaurant. The lobby and restaurant were very pleasant and our room was awesome. Clean and inviting with everything in perfect working order. The location was super convenient for going to the Minnesota Lynx game especially since it was raining and we were able to get there totally in the skyway without needing to go outside."

"Overall the hotel was clean. Restocking of Kleenex, soap etc could have been better. Staff were all great. Nice to have the shuttle available to go to and from airport and Mall of America, where the train/bus station is located. Every shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for a ride. Breakfast was the usual but always a nice option. Coffee and tea were always available."
