「When entering the hotel upon check in at 9 pm. They had live music in the lobby that was blaring loud. The woman at the check in counter wasn't very helpful just gave me my card to the room with no directions. My room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Lots of traffic and very loud patrons at all hours of the day and night. The AC is controlled by the hotel. Automatically shuts off which caused me to wake up multiple times in the night sweating pillows were not very firm and bed...

「The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. 「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
