「I do plan to reach out to Hilton directly, which is extremely out of character but this room and the hotel in general needs attention. Black mold in the bathroom, a pullout with unclean linens are the main issues but trust the feedback. This hotel needs significant attention.」

「When entering the hotel upon check in at 9 pm. They had live music in the lobby that was blaring loud. The woman at the check in counter wasn't very helpful just gave me my card to the room with no directions. My room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Lots of traffic and very loud patrons at all hours of the day and night. The AC is controlled by the hotel. Automatically shuts off which caused me to wake up multiple times in the night sweating pillows were not very firm and bed...

「The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just...

「While this is a nice building, etc... I had booked because there was a bar and restaurant on site. It was 4th of July weekend when I arrived. I was told breakfast would not be served due to the holiday. When I then asked if the restaurant was open for dinner, I was told it was not because the chef quit and was told there was a restaurant in the hotel next door. So my last question was if the bar would be open - which I was told "I think so" ... it was not open. No offer to make this right in any...
