「I lost power throughout the night. They dim the lights in the building so you cant see the conditions of trim and paint. It dont desrerve 5 star. The bar on the 27th floor was closed and nobody knew i ran into multiple people in elevator trying to get there. They just disabled the floor with no knowledge to the people. Horrible not worth the price! The onlt thing good about them was they were willing to refund my room. But i booked through expedia and they wouldnt help with that. So expedia gets...
