"Our stay at The Royal Sonesta hotel was a wonderful experience. Every person we came into contact with was cheerful friendly and very competent and their job, particularly Zack who greeted us and checked us in, and the service staff at the restaurant. The lobby and restaurant were very pleasant and our room was awesome. Clean and inviting with everything in perfect working order. The location was super convenient for going to the Minnesota Lynx game especially since it was raining and we were able to get there totally in the skyway without needing to go outside."

"The property was very clean excellent breakfast. The pool was great. Would’ve been nice to have a hot tub. The only thing I would’ve liked better was the fact that I wanted to check in early and they charged me to do so even though the room was ready and it was only an hour early."
