「There is no signage for you to be able to find your room. We got lost twice and had to call the front desk and he told me “just to come back to the front”. He showed me on a piece of paper how to get to my room when he should have at least offered someone to walk us, or partially walk us there. 「We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. 「This was our second and probably last stay here. When there is a wedding with a loud Dj, loud music and loud guests, regular visitors that are not guests of the wedding, should not be roomed above the reception room. Not only did we have that noise until 11pm, we were the room right next to the door to the parking ramp. The constant coming and going through this door was excessive and excessively loud. If that wasn't enough, we had the noise of vehicles that sounded like they were hot rodding...

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
