Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together. Breakfast area was clean, selection was the usual basics like waffles, cheese omelette, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt and dry cereal.

The room was large and comfortable and HVAC was surprisingly quiet. Nice to have a thermostat on the wall instead of having to make adjustments on the unit itself. Our room was spotless, and the staff provided excellent guest service. It truly felt like a second home for us. The only suggestion we have is regarding the lighting. Since we were attending a family wedding in Eagan, it was a bit difficult to get ready because our suite didn’t have a mirror and the lighting was not very bright. Improving this would make the stay even better.

We were in it for the location, cost and pool with a hot tub. It met all of our boxes. There were two hot tubs but one was empty, not sure why. The staff were all so very nice. Sayed for 7 days or so. Room was in good condition however lighting at the desk wasn't the best for paper work. You can definitely tell it's an older building. The walls are also pretty thin so I could here a lot of people above me, in the hallway, or next doors. Also had to call and talk to the front desk 3 times over 3 days to get room service for the first time which is unacceptable. Breakfast wasn't too bad though.
