「隔音不行，聽到樓上很大的腳步聲，隔壁來電響聲，對話聲。其他房客關門，整間房間都在震動。房燈壞的，時明時暗。浴室設備損壞，刮傷皮膚。」

「各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。」

「老闆友善, 室內的佈置如上載圖片。我住的是3人房間，住了5晚， 雙人床+單人床+梳化床後，再放4個行李箱，仍有很多地方走動, 在倫敦已很不錯，只是房間向大路比較嘈，但關上窗戶亦可以。廚房內有洗衣機設備，但圖片及房間陳述中沒有表明，希望店主可加上，方便下位旅客盤算。下次去倫敦也會租住這間旅店。」

「I have been going to London for over 40 years. I know my way around a d the various neighborhoods. This hotel and staff are the best I've had. Great breakfast ordered from a menu to start tha day. The roomsa are spacious with a coffee pod and kettle. Also a frig with mineral water is a nice bonus. Several tube lines within 10 minutes also. Lovely area near Holland Park. Rooms are quiet, no noise from the pub. No elevators though. Planning on coming back in November. Chicago Brian」

「I should preface this review by saying I had the great good fortune to live in London in 1983. London has a very different, slightly down-at-the-heels look and smell for me that I LOVE. People give five ⭐️ reviews for different reasons. This is mine: the Parkwood has this wonderful feel for me. It is a very clean and exceptionally friendly place. The breakfast is lovely. The staff and owner Monty are friendly and flexible. I am not the kind of traveler who wants a sterile anonymous environment....
