"The Carillon exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the spa ladies in the spa area, the most cheerful and helpful humans. There were so many wellness options. I had massages (Fabiana was amazing), facial that left my face looking 5 years younger and my favorite was the Ginger scrub! The ease to get a spot at the beach and the service there was also amazing. The food was top notch. The room felt like home. I will definitely go again and recommend for solo or couple travelers looking for a place you literally don’t need to leave for anything during your stay. "

"This hotel was exactly what we needed for a chill Miami getaway. The location is amazing—close enough to the action but far enough to get some rest. The staff were very friendly, the beach towels were a nice touch, and the room was cozy and bright. Plus, we loved having our morning coffee on the shared balcony."
