We had an excelllent stay in Maison Felix. This boutique hotel was perfect! It was extremely clean and the staff and the service was excellenr! We would recommend it everyone we know. It is also walking distance from great restaurant, artisanal bakery and an authentic pizza place by the slice.

The room in the property are both amazing. Very clean. The staff is exceptional. Very very attentive. You’re about two blocks from the beach. Very short walk. And your room stay includes two chair, chairs and an umbrella per day at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again

Absolutely wonderful I cannot fault this resort. The rooms are so modern spacious and fresh.The staff were so friendly and helpful. It's located 20 mins from South Beach Ocean Drive by Uber (sometimes longer during rush hour). The beach is 2 mins away and it's just amazingly convenient. Sushi Bishi is an amazing resturant near by siruated on the beach and I also found a great taco spot near the beach too. I will be back again!

Room was nice and clean. Hotel is brand new so there were definitely some kinks. We were told in room coffee had a charge but then the day before we checked out we were told the policy changed and now we could have the in-room coffee for free. No bar or restaurant on site so to get anything like food or water or a drink you had to leave the hotel. The electrical outlets in the room kept tripping and our mini fridge would frequently turn off as a result making everything in the fridge warm. Service to fix the problem was slow - we had to wait a day for someone to come and fix the outlets. Only one bathroom near the pool area so there was often a wait. There may not have been enough cleaning staff as several days the room wasn’t cleaned all day until 5 pm when we were returning to the room after being out all day. Despite that the staff at the hotel were very nice - Jorge was amazing. The owner was really nice and pool was nice. Once things are more settled at the hotel I’d like to try it again.

The design is modern, clean, and thoughtfully done, creating a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout the property. The staff are exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. The location is extremely convenient. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach, with complimentary beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas included, which is a major value. The beachfront boardwalk/walking path makes it easy to walk to Bal Harbour and Fontainebleau, and having both Walgreens and CVS within a block adds to the ease of the stay. The pool area is clean, quiet, and relaxing — a welcome contrast to larger, more crowded resorts. While I would recommend staying on the upper floors (as noise from above can be noticeable on lower levels, and the door-access blinds can be a bit finicky), the overall value far outweighs these minor inconveniences. For the price, this property is outstanding. It offers a far more peaceful and seamless experience than staying at larger resorts like Fontainebleau, where friends we were traveling with struggled to access beach towels and loungers due to crowds. This hotel felt cleaner, calmer, and more personal — and despite not being directly on the beach, it was an exponentially better experience. Clean, safe, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-run. A true 10/10 for value.
